Welcome to Flow Chiropractic Clinic! We’re excited to be part of your health journey. Before booking an appointment, please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions. These help ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.

1. General Information

Flow Chiropractic Clinic provides chiropractic care, postural advice, and health education tailored to your individual needs.

All care is provided by a qualified chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).

Your personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with GDPR regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

2. Appointments

All new patients are required to complete a health intake form prior to their first appointment.

Appointments are available by prior booking only.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to see you, and the session may still be charged in full.

3. Fees & Payments

A full list of current fees is available on our website or at reception. *£25 of the fee is the booking fee.

Payments must be made at the time of booking or immediately after your appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life throws a curveball—but please help us by giving as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. We dont like this side of the business but as a small independent business that does not block book multiple appointments, our booking protocol helps keep our calendar flowing.

Appointments are made up of a £25 non-refundable booking fee + the remainder of your treatment cost (i.e. £45 chiropractic treatment is £25 booking+ £20 to top up to the £45 treatment) except under exceptional or mitigating circumstances at the discretion of the clinic, cancellations will be charged.

Changes or rebooking made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee.

Changes or rebooking made within 24 hours of your appointment time, or failure to attend without notice, will be charged the full appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

5. Health & Safety

Chiropractic care involves physical assessment and may include manual adjustments or other therapeutic techniques. Your chiropractor will explain any procedures in advance.

You are responsible for informing your chiropractor of any changes in your health status or medications.

If you feel uncomfortable or wish to stop treatment at any time, please let us know immediately.

6. Consent to Treatment

By attending your appointment, you consent to undergo chiropractic assessment and treatment as discussed with your chiropractor.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting your future care.

7. Complaints

We aim to provide the highest standard of care. If you have any concerns, please let us know so we can address them promptly.

Formal complaints can be made in writing to the clinic.
