Dr. Jack DC MChiro

Chiropractor & Owner of Flow

Dr. Jack is an experienced chiropractor who draws on a range of techniques—McTimoney, Diversified, Syntropy, and Zone Technique—to create truly tailored care. He takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, blending precise adjustments with a thoughtful, collaborative approach that helps people move freely, recover faster, and enjoy life without pain holding them back. His goal is simple: patient-focused care that delivers lasting results.

When he’s not in the clinic, Jack’s passion for movement takes him outdoors and onto the mats. You might catch him surfing a clean wave, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, tackling a new climbing route, or darting across the field in a fast-paced game of tag rugby. For Jack, staying active isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of living the principles he shares with his patients every day.

Dr. Katie DC MChiro

Chiropractor

Dr. Katie Lewis is a dedicated McTimoney Chiropractor with a passion for helping people feel, move, and live their best. She takes a patient-focused approach—listening closely, understanding each person’s needs, and creating tailored treatment plans in a warm, supportive environment. Alongside her chiropractic expertise, Katie holds qualifications in massage therapy and acupuncture, allowing her to combine gentle, effective McTimoney adjustments with holistic techniques for lasting relief and overall well-being. As an active Touch Rugby player, she knows the physical demands of sport and is skilled in both injury prevention and recovery.

Outside the clinic, Katie’s enthusiasm for life is hard to miss. She’s often out on the Touch Rugby pitch, enjoying long walks with dogs (or anything involving dogs, really), and embracing the social side of life—especially if it involves a BBQ at the rugby club with friends. For Katie, movement, connection, and community are just as important as the care she delivers in the treatment room.

Outside the treatment room, Tara stays active and expressive through aerial yoga, dancing, and pole. Chloe is an experienced yoga teacher with over 15 years of guiding students through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. She runs both group and one-to-one sessions in yoga, sound baths, and meditation, creating nurturing spaces for relaxation, self-discovery, and inner balance. Chloe also offers female-only Ayurvedic Yoga Massage—a deeply therapeutic practice that combines traditional oil massage, assisted yoga stretches, and breath awareness to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore a sense of harmony to both body and mind.

Chloe is also in charge of booking the venue for other yoga teachers, meditation leaders, and small events or talks, helping to cultivate a vibrant and supportive wellness community.

Away from the clinic, Chloe finds joy in a slower, nature-led rhythm. She spends time outdoors with her dog, enjoys her own yoga and meditation practice, and heads to the coast whenever she can to surf. For Chloe, wellbeing isn’t just something she teaches—it’s woven into every part of her life.

How we can help you

As a chiropractor and masseuse working together, we offer a comprehensive approach to pain relief and overall wellness. Chiropractic care focuses on correcting spinal misalignments, improving joint function, and relieving nerve pressure, while massage therapy targets muscle tension, improves circulation, and enhances relaxation. By combining these therapies, we address both the structural and muscular components of your discomfort, promoting faster healing, reducing stress, and preventing future issues. This integrative care helps patients experience deeper, longer-lasting relief and improved physical performance in their daily lives.

Back pain can be all encompassing, don’t let it hold you back. Whether its pain changing position or bending forward, these are things that can be worked with to help and improve.

Shooting pain down the leg? Pain is worse when sitting, with pain radiating from buttock to the foot when changing position? Getting everything moving correctly can help take the pressure away from the causes of these issues.

Pain when moving the arm, lifting objects or when at rest? Not only will we work on rebalancing and making sure the shoulder position, nerves and blood flow are working with each other, we will also get some strength work planned to help stop these issues from returning.

Pain when turning your head? Pain worse in the morning? Spending a lot of time sat in one position or sat at a desk? By getting the neck moving and finding balance, this can help make positive changes throughout your body.

Pain when turning over, worse when bending forwards or turning round? Pain when going up or down stairs? The hips are so important for our daily movements, making sure they are level can put balance back in the whole body.

Discomfort and tension. Muscle knots and aching pains. Whether from poor posture, working a lot or training hard, muscle tension can lead to more serious injuries. Reducing the tension will help reduce the chances of injuries and also speed up the recovery time of existing injuries.

The systems of our body control everything, from blood flow, brain function and digestion to how our muscles work or hormones are released and more. We need these systems to be connected, balanced and functioning. Finding this balance can be from a small tweak that makes the biggest difference.

Headaches can significantly disrupt your daily life, stopping us being able to do the things we love. Whether we spend too much time sat in awkward positions on screens or we have tightness in the neck and shoulders, these are some reasons headaches can occur. We help release tension on the neck and head letting things flow and move more freely.
