Dr. Jack is an experienced chiropractor who draws on a range of techniques—McTimoney, Diversified, Syntropy, and Zone Technique—to create truly tailored care. He takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, blending precise adjustments with a thoughtful, collaborative approach that helps people move freely, recover faster, and enjoy life without pain holding them back. His goal is simple: patient-focused care that delivers lasting results.
When he’s not in the clinic, Jack’s passion for movement takes him outdoors and onto the mats. You might catch him surfing a clean wave, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, tackling a new climbing route, or darting across the field in a fast-paced game of tag rugby. For Jack, staying active isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of living the principles he shares with his patients every day.
Dr. Katie Lewis is a dedicated McTimoney Chiropractor with a passion for helping people feel, move, and live their best. She takes a patient-focused approach—listening closely, understanding each person’s needs, and creating tailored treatment plans in a warm, supportive environment. Alongside her chiropractic expertise, Katie holds qualifications in massage therapy and acupuncture, allowing her to combine gentle, effective McTimoney adjustments with holistic techniques for lasting relief and overall well-being. As an active Touch Rugby player, she knows the physical demands of sport and is skilled in both injury prevention and recovery.
Outside the clinic, Katie’s enthusiasm for life is hard to miss. She’s often out on the Touch Rugby pitch, enjoying long walks with dogs (or anything involving dogs, really), and embracing the social side of life—especially if it involves a BBQ at the rugby club with friends. For Katie, movement, connection, and community are just as important as the care she delivers in the treatment room.
Dr Scott Child graduated from the AECC, the oldest and one of the most respected chiropractic institutions in Europe. A typical session with Scott may include precise spinal adjustments, targeted muscle-release therapy, soft-tissue massage, and medical acupuncture. His aim is always to address the root cause of discomfort, improve function, and empower patients with practical, sustainable advice.
Beyond the clinic, Scott continues to live his commitment to health and wellbeing. He trains in mixed martial arts, enjoys hiking and the outdoors, and values time spent connecting with friends and family. This ethos guides his practice and ensures the highest standard of chiropractic care.

As a chiropractor and masseuse working together, we offer a comprehensive approach to pain relief and overall wellness. Chiropractic care focuses on correcting spinal misalignments, improving joint function, and relieving nerve pressure, while massage therapy targets muscle tension, improves circulation, and enhances relaxation. By combining these therapies, we address both the structural and muscular components of your discomfort, promoting faster healing, reducing stress, and preventing future issues. This integrative care helps patients experience deeper, longer-lasting relief and improved physical performance in their daily lives.
Back pain can be all encompassing, don’t let it hold you back. Whether its pain changing position or bending forward, these are things that can be worked with to help and improve.
Shooting pain down the leg? Pain is worse when sitting, with pain radiating from buttock to the foot when changing position? Getting everything moving correctly can help take the pressure away from the causes of these issues.
Pain when moving the arm, lifting objects or when at rest? Not only will we work on rebalancing and making sure the shoulder position, nerves and blood flow are working with each other, we will also get some strength work planned to help stop these issues from returning.
Pain when turning your head? Pain worse in the morning? Spending a lot of time sat in one position or sat at a desk? By getting the neck moving and finding balance, this can help make positive changes throughout your body.
Pain when turning over, worse when bending forwards or turning round? Pain when going up or down stairs? The hips are so important for our daily movements, making sure they are level can put balance back in the whole body.
Discomfort and tension. Muscle knots and aching pains. Whether from poor posture, working a lot or training hard, muscle tension can lead to more serious injuries. Reducing the tension will help reduce the chances of injuries and also speed up the recovery time of existing injuries.
The systems of our body control everything, from blood flow, brain function and digestion to how our muscles work or hormones are released and more. We need these systems to be connected, balanced and functioning. Finding this balance can be from a small tweak that makes the biggest difference.
Headaches can significantly disrupt your daily life, stopping us being able to do the things we love. Whether we spend too much time sat in awkward positions on screens or we have tightness in the neck and shoulders, these are some reasons headaches can occur. We help release tension on the neck and head letting things flow and move more freely.

EXCELLENT Based on 29 reviews Posted on Will WeavingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really great chiro session with Jack! I felt a little nervous before my appointment as I have never had chiro before but I felt really supported from start to finish. Jack explained everything as he went along and made me feel at ease. It didn't take long for me to feel safe and supported and I found the entire experience really relaxing. Feeling the difference from the start of my session to afterwards was outstanding and I left with a big smile on my face.Posted on David AltabevTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been seeing Charlie (sports rehab) and Jack (chiro) for a few months and they stand out from all other practitioners I've seen in that they listen and get to the heart of the issue, rather than do general treatments. Between them, they've been able to get to the root of long-standing mobility issues and niggles, and I'm able to move with freedom and lack of pain. They're also just lovely people too. Strong recommendation!Posted on Dan SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Katie seems to have an ability to pinpoint my problem areas without me needing to explain very much at all. This gives me so much confidence in her skill and expertise and the results are the proof of this. So many of my previous persistent problems are markedly better. I have been a patient of Katie for quite a while now and after moving on from her previous setting I had no hesitation in continuing to see her at Flow despite the slightly longer journey as I have tried several different chiropractors but have found none as effective as Katie. I would happily recommend her to any of my friends or family.Posted on George BartlettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am so happy I came across this, highly recommended and can honestly say what a difference to mobility. The staff are fantastic and really skilled. I should’ve done this years ago, but better late than never and the results are amazing.Posted on Tom GiltrowTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Using Flow Chiropractic has helped me with my health and fitness with my back and shoulders for rugby and with my role delivering people moving training and supporting lifting passengers for flights into their seats..Posted on Lucy HawthorneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. By far the best massage and chiropractic care I've had and from a great team. Between Charlie's soft tissue massage and Katie's chiro I have been able to get past long-standing issues with my back after the immobility of COVID years, and that no other place I tried could fix. They are knowledgeable, extremely nice and also really personalise the care (no 'quick fixes'). Strong recommendation!Posted on MichaelTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Charlie has been fantastic, just completed my 3rd session today. Back feels brand new. I’ve had severe back pain since march, and Charlie has near enough sorted it all out. He explained everything in a clear manner, and I will be continuing to go regularly. Would really recommend to anyonePosted on Daniel NewmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been seeing Jack for nearly a year and honestly, he’s been a massive help. I initially went to him with back pain that had been giving me loads of trouble and recently had a back injury which resulted me having sciatica, but he’s supported me all the way through it. He doesn’t just treat you in the sessions, he actually explains what’s going on and gives proper advice I can use on a daily which has made a huge difference. He’s been patient and always takes the time to make sure I understand what’s happening, and I can genuinely say I’ve felt real progress since going to him. It’s made dealing with all the ups and downs a lot easier knowing I’ve got his guidance. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone struggling with similar issues. He’s been brilliant for me 10/10Posted on Ed WilsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great service and atmosphere at the clinic. Charlie has helped me overcome my hip injury, which has been bugging me for ages. Great guy and great partitioner. Highly recommend FlowPosted on Jules GazzardTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Charlie has been super helpful in our sessions, with a down to earth approach, making you feel at ease and comfortable from the get go.. he's not only improving my mobility but for deep tissue work with the added bonus of educating me on the issue at hand and how to manage change going forward. In the few sessions I have had, I've made progress in my discomfort and will continue to make changes to bring relief. If you take your training seriously and want you body feeling its best, I highly recommend Charlie
